Standard Shipping Policy

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. However, Eleanor Anukam cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.UPS does not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends.

Eleanor Anukam currently accepts international orders to the following countries: Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Sweden.In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates below, CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL DUTIES AND TAXES TO THE CARRIER UPON DELIVERY.For packages that are turned down at delivery, customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

Two Day or Overnight Delivery orders are processed the same business day if placed by 2pm ET.

Ground orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Allow 2-3 business days to process your order during sample sales, promotional periods or on a holiday.




Standard Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase according to our Return Policy.

For orders shipped within the United States, EleanorAnukam.com will accept returns of full price merchandise within 14 days of the date on which items are delivered to you. Please try on our shoes on soft surfaces so the leather outer soles stay in perfect condition. 

Returns for Store Credit are complimentary. You may also use a shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a courier that will provide you with a tracking number as Eleanor Anukam is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen shipments.

For orders shipped internationally, Eleanor Anukam.com will accept returns of full price merchandise within 14 days of the date on which items are delivered to you. You may use a trackable shipping carrier of your choice. In addition, all duties and taxes to return your items will bededucted from your return merchandise credit.

All sale, sample sale, and special items* are final sale and may not be returned.

Returns must be received by Eleanor Anukam in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags, designer packaging, and other items which may have accompanied your purchase still attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or Eleanor Anukam has made a shipping error.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact one of our brand specialist at customercare@eleanoranukam.com. A RMA will be generated and sent to you via email once your request has been authorized. Write the RMA on the return portion of your invoice and include with your return shipment.
